April 24, 2010

1. President Roger Steinbach called the meeting to order At 9:02 am at Thunder Mountain Valley Inn

2. Pledge of Allegiances was said 

3. Welcome and Introduction

4. Agenda Additions - Board of Directors ... Bruce & Sue Tilkens have resigned from the board of Directors so we need 2 for the Board the terms runs out Jan 2011 Herb Fuershenberg Volunteered Shane Thirion were nominated. We will be voting at the June Meeting & by email to approve Herb & Shane if someone wants to be on the Board let Roger know by the 1st of June so we can add your name to the list.

5. Old Business

   A. Approval of Annual meeting minutes: Lloyd accepted, Jerry seconded

   B. Treasure report: Jerry accepted, Connie seconded

   C. Info & map sgns (paid for by Zac’s Memorial fund)
       Oconto & Woodland eastside entrance updated; Oconto & Woodland westside updated & posted; Across from the Corner Convenience updated

   D. Zac’s Ride: Some on to help get things set up for fundraiser for the Rescue Squids, July 17, 2010, Connie Thirion volunteered to help

6. New Business

   A. WATVA Meeting -
   Hold Harmless Agreement for rides
   Websites - Facebook

   B. Northeast Wisconsin Region Meeting - July 31, 2010 in Townsend 

   C. Move April 2011 meeting & highway clean-up to last Saturday in April because WATVA meeting is on the 3rd Saturday in April

   D. ATV Safety Classes coming soon ... June 4-5 in Townsend. There may also be one June 11-12 in Mountain.
       Trail Patrol class sometime this summer in Northeast Wisconsin (contact Roger for more information)

   E. Jerry made a motion to go and do the clean-up

   F. Mary Susan Diedrich made a motion to close the meeting, Herb seconded
