Meeting Minutes from 2/19/05
The February meeting held at The Crossroads Bar was called to order at 9am by president, Bruce Tilkens.
The first order of business was the resignation of Peggy Olsen as secretary of the club. Sue Tilkens was elected new secretary of Woodland Trails.
MINUTES from January meeting were passed as read.
TREASURER’S REPORT was submitted by Lee Schmidt and accepted as read.
OLD BUSINESS:
Door Prize - donated by Terry Schmelzle and Patti Zentner. Winner of Mr. Coffee was Lee Schmidt.
Web Page up and running including printable trail map and links. Links secured with Marinette Co’s web page and other ATV trails & club’s web pages.

NEW BUSINESS:
Quarterly Newsletter...Meeting Minutes...how should we handle w/cost? Newsletters and minutes will be mailed if no e-mail available. They will also be posted at the sponsors.
Events....tentative date of 6/11/05 at Terry & Barb’s Corner Convenience. Need Town of Stephenson approval. Lee checking into insurance. Safety Day (set up by Carl) .Raffles? Get ATV dealers involved?
Mud Pull @ Curve Ionn....Glen will decide possible date & help needed to set up.
Event at Wheel Inn....possible date Aug. 1st. Lee will have tents available.
Kid’s Training Day....to be set up by Carl.
Need trees down by April 1st on trail re-route.
Need to promote QUIET on trails.
