Meeting Minutes from 4/29/06

The April 29th meeting was called to order at 9AM at the Crossroads Bar.

THANK YOU to members who helped out April 8th for Cleanup Day. The crew picked up trash on Hwy. W from Parkway Road to Caldron Falls Road and on Parkway from Hwy. W to the Oconto county line. We then enjoyed beverages, brats & fixings and dessert at the Wheel Inn. Thanks to Lee and Jeannie for the great food and drinks and to Kathy and Sharon for the cakes. The aluminum cans we picked up were donated to the Crivitz Area Youth Club. Thank you.......Dave, Harold, Lloyd, Jerry & Connie & Shane, Jim, Kathy & Roger & Lucas, Herb, Dana & Doug, Tony & Mike, Bruce & Susie. Annual Fundraiser in coordination with the Wheel Inn Pig Roast is Sunday May 28th from 11AM to 8PM.
The majority of the club’s raffles that day will be 50/50's but we welcome any items you may wish to donate.
Members at the meeting signed up to work but help is still needed for:
Set up on Thursday (2 members needed)
Club Info/Merchandise Table (6 members needed from noon to 6pm for a 1 hour shift)
Food & Beverage Servers (4 members needed to work the 3-7pm shift)

Club Rides were discussed. Please contact any board member if you have any ideas (big or small) for a ride.

Club Tee Shirts & Hats are available for $10.00 each. You can also purchase additional decals for your ATV for $1.50. Please contact Jim if interested.

Thanks to Harold, Jerry, Lloyd, Bruce, Jim & Tom for getting the trail ready to open.
Attention ATV Riders! If you see anything on the trail that needs attention such as missing signs or trail maintenance needed please contact Jerry or Bruce.

$20/family or $15/single
